Refund policy

We want you to love your Protocol One experience. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’ll make it right.

Returns:
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your item.

Non-Returnable Items:
Because of health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplement containers.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange a product due to damage or receiving the wrong item, email us at **support@p1supplements.com** within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement right away.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
